Production Method
- Raw Materials: Exclusively grapes from the family’s own vineyards in Grande Champagne, considered to be the most prestigious growth area in Cognac
- Distillation Process: Traditional double-distillation in copper stills using the Charente method
- Maturation: 7 years of aging (2010-2017) in specially selected older oak barrels that previously stored eaux de vies
