Please note that on our website, we sell bottles that are not new from the supplier and are therefore sold as seen. This is clearly stated on the product page with the following text:“This bottle is not new from the supplier and is sold as seen in the pictures. Please carefully review the product images before purchasing.”

Payment

Vault of Spirits ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Vault of Spirits ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is safe and cannot be read by third parties.

Many of our products are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods. These products are marked with the text:
“This bottle is not new from the supplier and is sold as seen in the pictures. Please carefully review the product images before purchasing.”

Regarding the margin scheme, it means:
“When buying goods under the margin scheme, the buyer has no right to deduct VAT.”

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-14 days.

Vault of Spirits ApS ships items via the following methods, but not limited to (depending on local availability): Pick-up, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop, UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You can choose between delivery with or without home delivery.

You will always receive a tracking number, so you can track your package from our warehouse to your address.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return right on goods purchased from the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Requests for withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery and must reach us within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at info@vaultofspirits.com. In the message, you must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods, caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. This means you may examine the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used, and its value will be reduced. This means that upon withdrawal, you may receive only part or none of the purchase amount refunded.

The assessment of the item’s condition is at the discretion of Vault of Spirits ApS.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided under Danish law. This covers errors in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects must be made to Vault of Spirits ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item.
We consider two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable return shipping costs.

The warranty does not apply to defects or damages caused by improper or unusual operation of the product.

Vault of Spirits ApS covers reasonable return costs.

Returns will not be accepted if sent COD (Cash on Delivery).

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell or share personal data with third parties. Your information is only stored in our customer database. You can request to have your data deleted at any time.

To complete an agreement with Vault of Spirits ApS, we require the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

Personal data is stored at Vault of Spirits ApS for up to five years, after which it is deleted.

When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it is done with your explicit consent, and that you are informed about what data is collected and why.

The Director and employees of Vault of Spirits ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer data encrypted. As a registered customer of Vault of Spirits ApS, you have the right to object to registration and the right to know what data is registered about you.
